The Players Club Representative will serve as a friendly and knowledgeable ambassador for The Point Casino & Hotel, offering outstanding customer service to our guests. You will assist players with club membership, provide information about casino promotions and events, and ensure guests are informed about the rewards and benefits available to them. Your role will be integral in creating a welcoming environment where our guests feel valued and appreciated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with signing up for Players Club memberships and providing information about benefits.
- Offer personalized assistance to casino guests, answering inquiries, providing casino information, and assisting with rewards program redemption.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner.
