What We're Looking For
Experience & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of security or law enforcement experience preferred
- Gaming experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Washington State Driver's License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making and stress-management abilities
- Keen attention to detail and situational awareness
- Professional, calm, and customer-service–oriented demeanor
- Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to obtain required gaming licenses (Class III-WSGC and Class II-PGST)
- Must pass a pre-employment hair follicle drug and alcohol test
