What You’ll Do
- Prepare reports, designs, and drawings for structural projects
- Evaluate existing structures for renovations, rehabilitation, and strengthening
- Select appropriate construction materials and ensure code compliance
- Advise architects and owners on structural integrity and design considerations
- Supervise contractors and ongoing construction work
- Review shop drawings and submittals to ensure accuracy
- Oversee contract administration and project management
- Conduct property inspections and condition assessments
- 7 to 12 years of experience in structural engineering and design
- Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, ETABS, and SAFE
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- NY/NJ State PE License (Required)
- Monday to Friday
- Must be able to commute/relocate to Lyndhurst, NJ
