Children’s Advocacy Centers of Kansas (CACKS) is looking for a mission-driven, highly organized Program Coordinator to join our team!
As we continue to grow our statewide support for child abuse victims and member centers, we need a proactive professional to lead the logistics of our trainings, webinars, and educational events. This is a full-time, hybrid/remote position (Kansas residency required) that offers the chance to make a real difference across our state.

- Logistical Orchestration: You’ll start the morning by finalizing the tech setup and materials for an upcoming statewide webinar or coordinating travel and venue details for a regional conference.
- Member Support: You might spend an hour responding to inquiries from member centers, ensuring they have the resources and registration details they need for CACKS programs.
- Platform Management: You’ll jump into our learning management system or website to update course content, track attendee participation, or pull data reports for the Director of Programs.
- Team Collaboration: You’ll huddle with the Training & Education Specialist to provide the "behind-the-scenes" operational support that allows them to focus on high-quality content delivery.
- You are a Detail Maven: You spot the tiny scheduling conflict or the missing document before it becomes an issue. You thrive on keeping moving parts organized.
- You are Tech-Savvy & Adaptive: You aren't just "comfortable" with software; you enjoy learning new platforms (like LMS or project management tools) to make processes smoother.
- You are a Service-Oriented Communicator: You enjoy being the helpful point of contact for our members and partners, representing CACKS with professional warmth and clarity.
