In this dynamic, relationship-driven role, you will serve as the vital connection between international high school students, host families, local schools, and community partners. This paid position offers flexible, meaningful work while allowing you to develop leadership skills in volunteer management, recruiting, and community engagement.

What You’ll Do
- Recruit, interview, and screen prospective host families to ensure safe and welcoming homes for exchange students
- Build relationships with local schools to secure academic placements aligned with students’ goals
- Serve as the primary support contact for students, host families, and school staff throughout the school year
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and conflict resolution when needed
- Organize student orientations, cultural activities, and community events
- Lead and support local volunteers involved in student placement and outreach
- Maintain accurate documentation and program records in compliance with PAX standards
- Promote cultural awareness and mutual understanding within your community
