Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
• Support scheduling, logistics, and vendor communication
• Help prepare event materials, presentations, and promotional items
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
• Provide excellent customer service during client-facing events
• Maintain event records, attendance logs, and follow-up documentation
