Nola at Nite is a fun, unique dining restaurant located in San Antonio, Texas. We serve New Orleans inspired dinner dishes throughout the week. We are famous for our flavorful food that's cooked from scratch, and our New Orleans style Beignets. We have a close-knit team and are currently looking to add to our restaurant family. Our kitchen makes for a great environment in which we can interact with the guests and feel the heartbeat of the Nola experience.

Qualifications
A valid food handlers certification.
Prior cooking/kitchen experience required.
Ability to work Wednesday through Saturday, 4pm - 11pm
Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to perform repetitive motions, processes, and tasks.
Positive attitude and a passion for cooking.
Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the Untied States.
Job Requirements
Set up, stock, and break down stations.
Prepare and cook prep recipes to specifications.
Make menu items to specifications and in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and high quality.
Stock inventory appropriately.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and storage areas.
Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
Answer, report to, and follow Kitchen Manager’s instructions and direction.
Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
