What You Will Do
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude
- Correspond with employees to inform them regarding visitor arrival, package delivery, etc.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and manage temporary badge distribution.
- Act as main contact for delivery services; receiving, sorting and distributing deliveries.
- Mange the training room, ensuring it is tidy and presentable and assisting with meeting set up and clean up.
- Schedule meetings/training sessions/special events and maintain conference room.
- Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Sort incoming mail and deliver to appropriate department mailbox, process outgoing mail.
- Coordinate vendors for facility maintenance.
- Create purchase orders for different business lines or departments, as needed.
- Set up new vendors as needed with Corporate Purchasing
- Maintains office supplies orders, and coffee supplies, etc. for main office, maintaining budget allocations
- Replenish office supplies in main location and coffee supplies on all floors
- Order lunch and setup lunch for meetings, as needed
- Organize uniforms, place orders once approved, and fulfill orders for onboarding
What You Will Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year office experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
- Able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer
- Able to lift up to 10 pounds at times
