We are seeking an energetic, dependable Food Runner to join our team and play a key role in ensuring every guest receives seamless service.
Position Summary:
As a Food Runner, you will act as a critical link between the kitchen and dining room, ensuring food is delivered accurately, efficiently, and with a sense of urgency. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working as part of a team, and is passionate about hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food promptly and accurately to guests
- Assist the Expo team with organizing, garnishing, and checking dishes before they leave the kitchen
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Support servers and bussers to ensure smooth service
- Learn menu items, ingredients, and presentation standards
- Assist with banquet events and special functions as needed
- Help maintain a positive and professional guest experience
Qualifications:
- Ability to work 5 days a week, Sunday thru Thursday
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
