Responsibilities
- Deliver prepared food items promptly from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and adherence to presentation standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating, garnishing, and organizing dishes before they leave the kitchen.
- Support the serving staff by bussing tables, clearing plates, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas.
- Handle food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Maintain a clean work environment by regularly cleaning service stations and assisting with general restaurant upkeep.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality roles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude to provide excellent guest relations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of dietary accommodations and food handling regulations is advantageous.
