As a team member of the Hotel Baxter, you will be a steward of a Bozeman landmark where every interaction with the guests and community delivers great hospitality, genuine warmth, excellence without elitism, and luxury without pretension.

Bacchus Pub is high-volume, full-service restaurant that takes pride in the quality of service and hospitality as well as the products that we serve. Our team loves to serve while cultivating a warm, caring, intelligent, and fun atmosphere. The Bozeman community is ready again to pull up a seat and see firsthand what genuine pub-house hospitality all is about.

The Bacchus Pub is currently looking to add a Steward to the team.

Requirements

A day in the life....

The Steward maintains cleanliness by washing tableware and kitchen items, performing cleaning tasks as assigned, and storing items properly to maintain an organized environment. Report to Chef.

• Clean all dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment according to sanitation and food safety guidelines.
• Operate the dishwasher and inspect all items for cleanliness.
• Store clean dishes and equipment in the appropriate areas.
• Maintain dishwashing and cleaning equipment.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment around the dishwashing area.
• Load and unload food and supplies.
• Clean the garbage area; sort and remove trash.
• Assist with food preparation and the setup of trays or banquet accessories as required.
• Sweep and mop floors

Salary Description

$18 - $20.00 per hour
