Noble Catering & Events is seeking experienced, hospitality-driven Banquet Event Managers to oversee the execution of weddings, galas, corporate events, and social celebrations across our exclusive venues and offsite catering operations.
This role serves as the onsite leader responsible for ensuring events are executed smoothly, professionally, and with exceptional guest experience standards. Event Managers act as the primary operational lead onsite, coordinating service teams, timelines, and overall event flow.
We are seeking individuals who are calm under pressure, highly organized, team-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and elevated experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Event Execution & Leadership
- Serve as the onsite operational lead for assigned events
- Oversee event setup, service execution, breakdown, and timeline management
- Ensure events are executed according to company standards and client expectations
- Lead and direct service teams, captains, bartenders, and support staff
- Maintain professionalism and hospitality standards throughout the event
Client & Vendor Coordination
- Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for clients, planners, vendors, and venue partners
- Manage event timelines and coordinate with DJs, photographers, entertainment and other event professionals, as needed.
- Handle onsite problem-solving and service recovery professionally and calmly
Service & Hospitality Oversight
- Ensure food, beverage, and service standards are executed at a high level
- Monitor guest experience and proactively address operational or service concerns
- Support team communication and maintain positive event flow throughout service
Operational Support
- Review event orders, floorplans, timelines, and staffing prior to events
- Communicate with operations and culinary teams regarding event needs and updates
- Ensure proper setup, cleanliness, organization, and breakdown procedures are followed
- Complete post-event reporting and operational notes as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience in catering, banquet management, hospitality, weddings, restaurants, hotels, or event production preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and organized in fast-paced environments
