This role partners with R & D, Production, Engineering, and Quality to launch new products and improve existing processes by reducing cost and scrap, increasing efficiency, and enhancing product quality.**

- Analyze process data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead process trials (DOEs) and support data-driven decision making
- Improve manufacturing efficiency, output, quality, and safety
- Create and maintain product documentation (recipes, process sheets, BOMs, routings)
- Estimate production costs and ensure raw materials meet specifications
- Collaborate with suppliers and Quality to maintain production standards
- Support product scale-up and commercialization
- Validate new equipment and monitor performance trends
- Participate in failure investigations and corrective actions
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Strong analytical and statistical skills (JMP/SPC experience a plus)
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- ERP experience (QAD preferred)
- Manufacturing experience in chemical, textile, medical, or related industries preferred
- Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, AS9100) a plus
- Six Sigma Certification, PMP Certification, or %S Training a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Detail-orientated and accurate
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent organizational skills and follow-through
- Effective technical writing and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
