**Due to continued rapid growth, Noble Biomaterials, Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift Production Manager to join our expanding team.**

  • About the Role:** The Production Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and performance of manufacturing operations on the 2nd shift. This role oversees production departments, drives continuous improvement initiatives, promotes a culture of safety and teamwork, and ensures the efficient use of resources to achieve quality, productivity, and operational goals.

What You'll Do

  • Provide daily leadership and direction to manufacturing departments.
  • Evaluate operations and implement best practices to optimize productivity, quality, and resource utilization.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing principles, Kaizen events, and process optimization efforts.
  • Foster collaboration, teamwork, and effective communication across manufacturing and other functional departments.
  • Ensure production goals for safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, and accuracy are consistently met.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in equipment optimization and capital improvement initiatives to enhance quality, increase production capacity, and reduce waste.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
  • Promote open, honest, and professional communication throughout the organization.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop employees to maximize performance and growth opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying and removing operational barriers.
  • Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and training of production personnel.
  • Develop and maintain training plans to ensure workforce competency and development.
  • Complete performance evaluations and provide regular feedback for direct reports and production employees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

## Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise manufacturing personnel and department leadership.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Hiring, training, and developing employees.
  • Planning, assigning, and directing work activities.
  • Monitoring employee performance and productivity.
  • Addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace issues.
  • Implementing corrective actions and coaching when necessary.
  • Supporting employee engagement and professional development initiatives.

We're Looking For

### Required

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, production operations, or process engineering.
  • Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Su te and production-related software applications.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • **Preferred**
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in process engineering and production optimization.
  • Project management experience.
