Your core responsibilities
- Operate manual and CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders) with guidance.
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure part quality.
- Support senior machinists in diagnosing and correcting machining issues.
- Maintain a neat, safe, and organized work area.
- Engage in ongoing training sessions and skill-building workshops.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
- Work with the team to achieve production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; machining-related classes are a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
- Foundational knowledge of machining tools and processes preferred, not required.
