Job Description:
- Minimum 8 years of industry experience delivering Power Platform (PP) workflow solutions
- Proven expertise in designing and building enterprise‑grade Power Platform workflows
- Work directly with Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders; strong communication skills required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the US banking domain
- Collaborate with senior enterprise architects to ensure alignment on solution and architectural decisions
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight timelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform workflow solutions
- Build scalable, secure, and compliant workflow automations
- Partner with LOB teams to gather requirements and translate them into PP solutions
- Ensure architectural alignment with enterprise standards
- Support solution delivery in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments
- Provide documentation, best practices, and workflow optimization guidance
Essential Skills:
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, connectors, triggers, and governance
- Experience working with enterprise architecture teams
- Banking domain experience (US banking preferred)
Desirable Skills:
- Exposure to cloud‑based integration patterns
- Understanding of enterprise security and compliance frameworks
- Experience with automation in regulated environments
