Location :-Baltimore, MD (Hybrid)
Duration :-9 months initially
Primary Work Location: HQ Baltimore MD Management Office
1501 S Clinton St, Ste 600, Baltimore, MD 21224
Specific Onsite Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Required Qualifications, Must-Haves
- 7 years of experience in Product Design or related fields
- 7 years of experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, content, and user research teams
- Proven ability to influence product and engineering decisions in cross-functional settings without direct authority
- Experience working in Agile, Kanban, and other delivery models
- Experience writing user stories and jobs-to-be-done that clearly articulate business and user needs and define acceptance criteria
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-powered tools, such as generative AI, research synthesis tools, or automation platforms, to enhance design efficiency and insight generation
- Target Profiles:
- UX Architect / UX Designer / Product Designer with 7 years of experience
- Candidates with payments experience, if available, because the role is listed as Payments Experience
- Candidates with experience working closely with product, engineering, design, content, and user research
- Candidates who can write user stories, jobs-to-be-done, and acceptance criteria
- Candidates with AI-enabled design, research synthesis, or automation tool experience
Preferred / Highly Desired, Nice-to-Haves
- Master s Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or another Engineering or Technical discipline
- 15 years of experience
- 10 years of relevant experience may be substituted for education
- ServiceNow developer certification highly desired
