Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. This is a hands-on development role focused on ServiceNow platform development, integrations, Agile delivery, and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, Azure DevOps, and experience working across core and specialized ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and customize solutions across ServiceNow modules including CSM, ITSM, SPM, Now Assist, and ITOM AIOps.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP Web Services, IntegrationHub, Scripted APIs, and MID Servers.
• Develop server-side and client-side functionality using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, and Flow Designer.
• Deliver new features through Agile user stories and resolve production incidents within SLA.
• Support specialized ServiceNow capabilities including BLSP (public-facing portal).
• Perform unit testing, support UAT, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and follow ServiceNow development standards and governance.
• Maintain technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and customizations.
• Manage development activities using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with architects, administrators, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Stay current with new ServiceNow releases and recommend platform improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow modules:
  • Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
  • IT Operations Management (ITOM)
  • Now Assist
• Strong proficiency in:
  • JavaScript
  • Glide APIs
  • Business Rules

• Experience building integrations using:
  • REST APIs

• Experience providing production support and incident resolution.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
