We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing commercial construction team specializing in tilt-wall and commercial concrete construction. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional who enjoys managing projects from planning through completion while working closely with clients, subcontractors, and field teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial concrete construction, exceptional organizational skills, and experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
- Review and coordinate shop drawings and construction documents.
- Prepare material take-offs and material procurement lists.
- Monitor project quality, safety, and overall execution throughout each phase.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal field personnel to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining schedules and budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial concrete construction.
- Tilt-wall construction experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of commercial concrete construction methods and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
