Join our Inside Sales team, where you’ll handle inbound calls (no cold calling!), educate customers, and recommend products that help them improve their ponds — full training provided.
What You’ll Do:
- Take 50–70 inbound calls daily to troubleshoot issues & recommend solutions
- Cross-sell and upsell products to meet customer goals
- Document activity and follow up on leads & quotes
- Review your metrics and continually improve your performance
- Participate in ongoing training to build your expertise
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills & ability to multitask in software systems
- Positive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive to hit goals
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
