This is not a “wait for inbound leads” role.


We want someone who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities without heavy marketing support, and selling an emerging, high-growth recruiting brand.

What You’ll Do


  • Develop new client relationships across Technology, Marketing, Supply Chain, and/or Healthcare sectors
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and strategic outreach
  • Own the full business development cycle from prospecting through signed agreements
  • Build long-term partnerships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives
  • Grow and manage client accounts post-sale to expand revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Identify market trends, hiring patterns, and expansion opportunities
  • Represent Nmble as a trusted talent partner in the market

Ideal Background

  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, talent solutions, or B2B services sales
  • Strong outbound business development skills
  • Proven ability to open new accounts and grow revenue
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience in Technology, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Healthcare staffing is a major plus


Bonus Points

  • Existing client relationships or local network
  • Experience running a full desk
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in helping build a growing firm


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $60,000
  • Highly competitive uncapped commission structure
