What You’ll Do
- Develop new client relationships across Technology, Marketing, Supply Chain, and/or Healthcare sectors
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and strategic outreach
- Own the full business development cycle from prospecting through signed agreements
- Build long-term partnerships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives
- Grow and manage client accounts post-sale to expand revenue opportunities
- Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery
- Identify market trends, hiring patterns, and expansion opportunities
- Represent Nmble as a trusted talent partner in the market

Ideal Background
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, talent solutions, or B2B services sales
- Strong outbound business development skills
- Proven ability to open new accounts and grow revenue
- Comfortable operating with autonomy
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience in Technology, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Healthcare staffing is a major plus

- Existing client relationships or local network
- Experience running a full desk

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $60,000
