You will collaborate with operational teams to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with company objectives. Your expertise in candidate relationship management and seasoned approach to Human Resources and Talent Acquisition will drive results. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure HR compliance with employment law and manage employee documentation, including contracts and recruitment paperwork.
- Maintain and update HR documents and internal databases.
- Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates for healthcare positions across the US.
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans in collaboration with operational partners.
- Build and sustain candidate relationships through technology, cold/warm leads, and referrals.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers and coordinate interviews.
- Engage candidates throughout the hiring process to maintain their interest.
- Collaborate with hiring managers for candidate selection and oversee the offer process.
- Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and build a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Ensure accurate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and identify recruitment process improvements.
- Utilize creative recruiting methods, including social media, career fairs, and campus visits.
- Coordinate recruiting job fairs and attend relevant conferences.
