1. Job Title:
Door & Window Sales – Southern California

2. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales targets for doors and windows in the Southern California market.
  • Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with key clients, including designers, builders, and local distributors/agents.
  • Provide expert consultation on product selection, technical specifications, and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Drive internal and distributor teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery of products.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring all terms comply with local laws/regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical support teams to optimize customer experience and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions using CRM systems.

3. Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Or Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the door and window industry, with a strong network in Southern California.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially with large accounts such as designers, builders, and distributors.
  • In-depth knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards for doors and windows.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management abilities, with experience driving cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Southern California as required.

4. Performance Standards:

  • Achievement of quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales targets.
  • High levels of client satisfaction, as measured by feedback and repeat business.
  • Successful project delivery within agreed timelines and specifications.
  • Effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and forecasts.

5. Working Conditions:
>50% travel in Clients and Distributors.

6. Salary Range:
Base, commission and Bonus.

7. Reporting Structure:
Report to sales lead in NLY.

8. Location:
Southern California, USA

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
