1. Job Title:
Door & Window Sales – Southern California
2. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales targets for doors and windows in the Southern California market.
- Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with key clients, including designers, builders, and local distributors/agents.
- Provide expert consultation on product selection, technical specifications, and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Drive internal and distributor teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery of products.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring all terms comply with local laws/regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical support teams to optimize customer experience and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions using CRM systems.
3. Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Or Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the door and window industry, with a strong network in Southern California.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially with large accounts such as designers, builders, and distributors.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards for doors and windows.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management abilities, with experience driving cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Southern California as required.

>50% travel in Clients and Distributors.

Base, commission and Bonus.
