Sr. Net Patient Revenue Analyst

• Compile complex reimbursement data to support management decision making and internal/external reporting for assigned subsidiaries.
• Assist in coordinating reimbursement functions related to strategic financial planning.
• Ensure the integrity of net revenue; note this is not a revenue cycle position.
• Prepare and review schedules for Medicare, Medicaid cost reports, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Analyze third-party cost report changes from prior years and investigate differences.
• Prepare monthly contractual models, analyze contractual allowances, and recommend updates to assumptions or methodology.
• Maintain adequate reserve position through monthly reserve analysis and report any changes.
• Provide complex projections and analytical support for fiscal year budgeted net revenue preparation.
• Research third-party regulations and changes, summarize financial impact, and estimate effects on subsidiaries.
• Coordinate data collection and schedule preparation for third-party financial audits, settlements, and cash reconciliations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
• Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum three years of progressively responsible reimbursement or finance experience with reimbursement duties (required).
• Experience in Net Revenue and/or Cost Reporting (required).
• Experience in Home Health and/or Physician Group settings (preferred).
• Kodiak RCA (formerly Crowe) experience (preferred).
• MBA or CPA credential (preferred).
• Progressive management experience (preferred)
