Location: Fort Dodge, IA
Hourly Rate: $35.00 - $50.00 plus benefits
Sign-On Bonus up to: $10,000
Relocation bonus up to: $5,000
Type: Permanent
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. No call or weekends!
Overview
We are seeking a motivated, self-starting Ultrasound Technologist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, can manage their own patient schedule efficiently, and values direct professional relationships with radiologists.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records, statistics, and adequate supply levels for the Ultrasound Section
- Perform a full range of ultrasound exams, including procedural scans
- Evaluate and recommend updates to ultrasound policies, procedures, and protocols
- Instruct and support students during clinical procedures
- Deliver age-appropriate care for patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
- Support departmental goals through professional conduct and resource awareness
Requirements
Education:
- Graduate from an accredited Ultrasound program
Licensure:
- Accreditation from American Registry Diagnostic Medical (ARDMS) Sonographer
Experience:
- Previous experience is required. (1-2 years minimum)
Certification Requirements
- ARDMS
- ARRT
- CPR
Salary : $35 - $50
