- Responsible for overseeing hospital operations during evenings, nights, and weekends, including inpatient units and all ancillary/support departments operating at these times.

Submission Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of successful leadership experience.
- Proven experience in conflict resolution.

- Familiarity with staffing systems is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or higher.
- Documented ongoing education and professional development in healthcare and nursing.
- Must hold a Registered Nurse (RN) license.
