Responsibilities
· Will own the development of executive-level materials for our C-suite and direct reports — from storyline development to crisp, decision-ready presentations.
· Will support outbound communications (newsletters, leadership emails, campaigns) with polished, high-impact content that reflects an executive voice and enterprise perspective.
· Will assist in the development of the detailed score cards for an IT-level AI-ready data OKR
Qualifications
· Senior-caliber contractor with prior engagement-manager–level consulting experience and/or MBA (or equivalent) with the ability to develop communications for C-suite and senior leadership.
· Brings exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with polish expected of a former top-tier consulting engagement lead
· Highly proficient in PowerPoint and excel
· Domain expertise in Data Architecture, Data Platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS), and AI enablement (e.g., LLMs, knowledge management) and the ability to translate complex technology concepts into clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences.

Core Must-Haves
Consulting Pedigree: 5 years at McKinsey or Deloitte or BCG or Bain or Accenture (Engagement Manager/Principal level or equivalent)—not vendor/agency roles.
Defining Data Strategy: Enterprise data architecture road mapping (Snowflake/Data bricks/AWS); maturity scoring (quality, AI-readiness OKRs); no hands-on implementation needed.
Exec Comms Polish: C-suite storyline development via PowerPoint; "decision-ready" presentations; translates tech to business narratives.
Seniority Proof: Ex-Interim CDO/CIO or similar; MBA-equivalent; 10-15 years total; Level 4 fit (8 years expert).
