Pay: $20/hour (W2) on Evening Shift & $21/hour (W2) on Overnight Shift

Duration: 3-month contract with possible extension

Job Summary
The Guest Services Associate/Caregiver helps provide a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for guests in a recuperative care facility. This role includes guest interaction, facility safety checks, light caregiving support, documentation, and basic housekeeping duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safety and security of the facility; perform regular room, facility, and equipment checks.
- Welcome new guests, complete intake procedures, and explain program guidelines.
- Build rapport with guests and assist with daily needs, engagement activities, and requests.
- Support nursing and social services staff with appointments, check-ins, and guest coordination.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including shift notes, incident reports, and bed availability.
- Assist with supplies inventory and general facility upkeep.
- Perform kitchen, laundry, and housekeeping duties as needed (including dishwashing and meal service).
- Participate in required trainings and meetings (BLS, Crisis Prevention, Trauma-Informed Care, etc.).
- Adapt to schedule changes and additional tasks as needed.
