Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Admissions Specialist I to join our team at Client This role supports patient placement and coordination in a fast-paced contact center environment. You will serve as a key point of contact for patients, hospitals, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate placement for treatment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and referrals related to patient placement
- Coordinate patient placement using internal tools and systems
- Communicate with hospitals, case managers, and healthcare partners
- Accurately enter and manage patient data
- Meet performance metrics and maintain high-quality customer service
- Assist with emergency placement coordination when needed
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of customer service or call center experience
- Strong data entry skills (25–40 WPM)
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities
Work Schedule:
- Training: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM MST
- Post-training: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM OR 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Salary : $20 - $21
