Work Schedule
- Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
- Mainly Monday - Friday, with rotating every 4th weekend, 5 x 8-hour shifts, 10:30pm - 9:00pm
- Work 2 holidays a year.
- As with any position, the schedule may need to change if/as business needs change, but employees will be given adequate notice. Our services are daily from 7am-9pm (including weekends and holidays).

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Pharmacy Technician registration with the Colorado Board of Pharmacy (PHAT)
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) through PTCB or equivalent
- Interview patients and/or patient representatives to compile accurate and complete home medication lists
- Verify and clarify medication information with patients, pharmacists, and care team members
- Communicate with retail pharmacies, ambulatory care clinics, insurance providers, and other resources to obtain medication details
- Identify and help resolve medication-related patient safety issues
- Accurately document and submit information in the electronic health record (EHR) and related systems in a timely manner
- Apply critical thinking and sound judgment while working independently and as part of a collaborative team
