The Senior Director of Professional Services provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership across multiple hospital-based service lines, including Laboratory, Radiology, Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine, Cardiac Services (Cath Lab and Non-Invasive Cardiology), Neurodiagnostic & Vascular Lab, Interventional Radiology, and Rehabilitation Services (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology). This role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care delivery, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and growth of service lines aligned with organizational goals.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 8 years of healthcare leadership experience. Proven experience managing multiple ancillary and diagnostic service lines. Strong background in financial management, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. Helpful: CCRC (Certified Clinical Research Professional), CRADMI (Certified Radiology Administrator)
