General Summary
The Personal Lines Customer Care Associate I, offers essential support to customers and internal personnel. This position is responsible for resolving billing, invoice and payment-related inquiries with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy. The associate uses various resources to process account transactions, investigate and apply account adjustments. Associate will also handle commercial lines accounts as needed.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm
Once fully trained, work from home flexibility is available.

Pay Range: $42,577-$49,488

- Assist Personal Lines customers and internal staff with billing and payment inquiries.
- Reviews reports and customer inquiries; make account adjustments and coordinate with commercial lines underwriting and sales teams.
- Analyze and validate credit statuses on accounts.
- Process returned and incoming payments on delinquent policies, issues related transactions and correspondence.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- High-level relationship management skills
- Strong multitasking and decision-making abilities
- Entry Level
- Associate degree or higher in business, or related field
- 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service
- Experience working with cross-functional teams or handling escalated issues
