Maintenance Worker – Plumbing Experience (Non-Licensed Scope)Multifamily Residential PropertiesPosition SummaryThe Maintenance Worker – Plumbing Experience (Non-Licensed Scope) is responsible for performing routine, corrective, and emergency non-licensed plumbing maintenance, general building maintenance, apartment unit turnovers, and apartment showings within occupied multifamily residential properties. This position supports resident satisfaction, unit readiness, emergency response, and property protection while operating strictly within non-licensed maintenance scope.The role requires technical competence, disciplined reporting, strong communication skills, schedule flexibility, and professional interaction with residents and prospective tenants.Plumbing Responsibilities (Non-Licensed Work Only)All plumbing-related tasks must remain within maintenance-level scope and shall not require a licensed plumber or permits.Permitted Plumbing TasksRepair and replace plumbing fixtures, including:Toilets (flush valves, fill valves, wax rings, handles, seats)Faucets and cartridgesShower heads and tub spoutsAngle stops and exposed shutoff valvesClear minor clogs using hand tools or approved equipmentReplace exposed flexible supply linesRepair or replace sink traps (P-traps and tubular traps)Tighten fittings and correct minor leaksIsolate leaks using existing shutoffsPerform limited water heater support tasks not requiring licensing (visual inspections, thermostat adjustments, pilot relighting where permitted)Prohibited Plumbing TasksAny work requiring a licensed plumber,
