About The Role

We’re seeking an execution-driven, systems-thinking Product Manager, Payments to lead and expand our global payment infrastructure—powering contractor payouts in fiat and stablecoins, employer deposits, AP/AR workflows, and more. This role sits at the core of what we do ensuring businesses can confidently move money with speed, transparency, and security. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and finance to build infrastructure that’s both elegant and reliable at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Niural’s payments engine, from discovery to launch to iteration.
• Define product specs, write user stories, and prioritize payment and finance-related features.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate scoping, reliable delivery, and robust testing across all payment rails.
• Drive integrations with processors, banks, and vendors (e.g., Visa, SWIFT, ACH, RTP, card networks, etc.).
• Shape our payment operations tooling and dashboards for internal and customer-facing teams.
• Develop deep knowledge of cross-border regulations, compliance requirements, and fraud prevention.
• Track metrics like payment success rate, time-to-settle, and funds-in-flight—and use them to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with the legal, finance, and risk teams to ensure compliance and trust in every transaction.
• Represent the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are met through intuitive and scalable experiences.
  
  

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if:

• You’ve built and scaled B2B fintech products, ideally in payments, AP/AR, or treasury.
• You’re a systems thinker who loves working across APIs, ledgers, and money movement logic.
• You’re comfortable making 0-to-1 product decisions and have owned core infra before.
• You obsess over edge cases, failure scenarios, and reconciliation workflows.
• You collaborate deeply across engineering, design, and compliance.
• You care about creating products that are not only functional—but delightful to use.
• You’re energized by fast-paced environments and high-stakes decision-making.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
• Proven experience shipping and scaling payment or finance-related B2B products.
• Familiarity with ACH, wire, SWIFT, RTP, virtual cards, and/or cross-border payments.
• Experience working with APIs, payment processors, banks, and ledgers.
• Strong technical intuition and ability to write clear product specs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to analyze data to inform prioritization and iteration.
