What You'll Do
Build & Scale the Broker Channel
- Design and launch Niural's broker and strategic partner program from the ground up — including partner tiers, commission structures, co-marketing support, and onboarding processes.
- Identify, prospect, and sign benefits brokers, insurance consultants, HR advisors, and other referral partners who serve the SMB and mid-market segments Niural targets.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for all broker and strategic partners, ensuring they are educated, enabled, and motivated to refer clients to Niural.
- Own the broker-sourced pipeline and revenue targets, building a channel that becomes a meaningful and predictable source of new business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs, fast follow-up, and strong conversion of broker-referred leads.
- Track partner performance and optimize the program based on conversion rates, referral volume, and revenue contribution.
- Develop broker-facing materials including pitch decks, product guides, comparison sheets, and competitive battlecards.
- Run regular partner webinars, trainings, and check-ins to keep Niural top of mind and partners up to date on new products and capabilities.
- Represent Niural at industry events, PEO conferences, and broker association meetings.
- Identify and develop non-broker strategic partnerships — including accounting firms, financial advisors, VC/startup ecosystems, and technology platforms — that can drive qualified referrals at scale.
- Structure and negotiate partnership agreements with legal and executive support.
- Collaborate with Marketing on co-marketing campaigns, partner spotlights, and joint events.
- Work closely with Customer Success to ensure broker-referred clients receive a white-glove onboarding experience that reflects well on the referring partner.
- Partner with Product to surface broker and client feedback that informs the roadmap.
- Provide regular reporting to leadership on channel health, partner pipeline, and revenue attribution.
You'll thrive in this role if:
- You have deep relationships in the broker and benefits consulting community and know how the PEO referral model works.
- You're a builder — excited to create something from scratch rather than inherit an existing program.
- You're equally comfortable in a strategic planning meeting and a partner happy hour.
- You're commercially minded with a strong instinct for what motivates partners and how to structure deals that work for everyone.
- You communicate clearly, follow through consistently, and build trust quickly.
- 6 years of experience in PEO, HR tech, benefits, or insurance — with meaningful exposure to broker channels and partnership models.
- A proven track record of building and managing broker or channel partner relationships that drive revenue.
- Deep understanding of the PEO sales cycle and how brokers/benefits consultants influence buying decisions.
- Strong network within the broker and benefits consultant community.
- Experience structuring partner agreements, commission models, and co-marketing programs.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment with limited resources and high expectations.
- Experience with global HR tech, EOR, or payroll products.
- Familiarity with CRM and partner management tools.
- Existing relationships with VC ecosystems, startup communities, or accounting/advisory firms.
- A chance to build one of the most important revenue channels at a high-growth AI-native PEO platform at a pivotal stage.
- Significant autonomy, meaningful equity, and direct access to executive leadership.
- Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits — health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
- A front-row seat to one of the most exciting companies in global HR tech, headquartered in NYC next to the NYSE.
Compensation Range: $120K - $160K
