What You’ll Do
- This is a unique opportunity to join a high-visibility team and drive execution of the Media Collective’s omni-measurement, reporting and insights product capabilities.
- The product team at Media Collective plays a crucial role in developing innovative ad products and data-driven solutions that empower advertisers to reach millions of shoppers with highly targeted ads while enhancing the shopping experience.
- The ideal candidate will be based in Pleasanton, California, however we will consider exceptional remote candidates.
- Partner with engineering, data science, and technical design teams to launch products that meet the needs of both advertisers and internal cross-functional teams. Write clear product requirements
- Prioritize the product roadmap, managing near-term product delivery while formulating a long-term product strategy to provide the most relevant measurement to Advertisers.
- Analyze industry trends and industry standards, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities in advertising technology and retail media.
- Navigate and solve problems within a complex matrix environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to market and increase adoption.
- Be an expert on the methodologies of measurement suite (search attribution, Incrementality measurement) and communicate impact of new launches or changes to data/methodology effectively.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management; proven experience launching measurement and reporting products within the tech, retail, entertainment, or social media industries.
- Expert understanding of advertising measurement - standard media metrics, statistical models, attribution, a/b testing and incrementality.
- Familiarity with machine learning, predictive analytics and optimizations.
- Analytical and wired to consume large amounts of data and insights. Hands-on experience with data processing tools (SQL, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Background in retail, retail media, media platforms, and/or ad tech data in areas of advertising or marketing measurement, analytics, insights, and data science.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
