We are seeking a Client Success Manager to act as a trusted advisor for our enterprise clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our consulting and IT services. This role combines relationship management, engagement oversight, and strategic account growth to deliver measurable business outcomes and strengthen long-term partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Client Relationship & Strategic Partnership
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong executive-level relationships.
- Understand client business priorities, challenges, and success criteria to ensure alignment with our services.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, guiding clients on how to maximize the value of delivered solutions. Engagement Oversight & Value Delivery
- Oversee delivery of consulting/IT engagements, ensuring outcomes align with client objectives.
- Collaborate with delivery teams, solution architects, and program managers to address client needs.
- Drive adoption and integration of delivered solutions across client teams.
- Proactively monitor engagement performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Retention & Growth
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and solutions.
- Support contract renewals and ensure high client retention rates.
- Develop account growth strategies in collaboration with Account Executives and Sales teams.
- Client Advocacy & Feedback
- Act as the voice of the client internally, driving product/service improvements.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to demonstrate value delivered and align on future initiatives
- 7 years of experience in client-facing roles within IT services, consulting, or enterprise account management.
- Proven track record of managing executive relationships and delivering business value in complex client environments.
- Strong understanding of consulting/IT delivery models, project management, and enterprise technology solutions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and technical teams.
