We are seeking a litigation-ready employment attorney who is comfortable handling federal cases and thrives in a client-facing role. This position is ideal for someone who is both analytically strong and personable—someone who can build trust during consultations and strategically move cases forward.
What You’ll Do:
• Handle plaintiff-side employment matters from intake through resolution and/or trial.
• Conduct client consultations and evaluate potential claims
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery in court
• Take and defend depositions, attend conferences, and manage case strategy
• Engage in pre-litigation negotiations and settlement discussions
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–5 years of litigation experience (employment law preferred)
• Strong federal litigation experience required
• Plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred
• Excellent writing, advocacy, and case strategy skills
• Personable and confident in client consultations
• Admitted in New York (New Jersey a plus)
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: $90,000 – $140,000 (based on experience)
