- Manage a wide range of engineering capital and facility expansion projects specific to radio-isotope manufacturing
- Ensure capital project budgets and timelines are executed per plan
- Apply multiple engineering related disciplines as needed, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineering
- Manage the design and implementation of commercial production lines, labs and various support systems
- Implement automation technologies as a replacement to existing manual operations
- BS Engineering Degree
- 8 years of engineering experience
- 3 years of capital project management experience

- Understands how to integrate into a new team/organization – appreciates the history of current state, knows how and when to make suggestions, as well as using just the right pace to reach the improved future state
- Understands your own communication and learning styles, can assess others’ styles, and is able to find the right path to connect the two
- Demonstrates experience managing capital engineering projects and budgets
- Displays excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Possesses strong organizational skills
- Demonstrates experience to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Demonstrates strategic thinking with creative and excellent problem solving and decision-making skills with ability to critically interpret and use data to manage risk
- Demonstrates understanding of manufacturing practices, processes, cGMPs, quality management systems (QMS), etc.
- Master’s degree in engineering
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
- 5 years of capital project delivery and construction management experience
- Experience leading project teams in the R & D environment
- Professional Engineer license
- Possesses relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
- BS/MS Engineering Degree
- 10 years of engineering experience
- 8 years of engineering project management experience
- 5 years of capital project management and construction management experience
- Full-time position
- The company’s standard operating hours are Monday thru Friday 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. with production related activities requiring 24/7/365 shifts
- This position will have regular working hours Monday - Friday within the standard operating hours
- There is an expectation of adjusting working hours outside the standard hours to meet operational requirements as needed
- Niowave has multiple locations within the Lansing area and travel between locations is expected in the role
