Nino Development is seeking a Construction Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Rialto, CA. In this role, you will oversee and manage all aspects of project scheduling, including dig alerts, equipment rentals, work schedules, inspections, and subcontractor coordination. You will act as the central point of communication between internal teams, developers, and project stakeholders to ensure schedules are accurate, efficient, and aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain project schedules across multiple job sites.
- Communicate daily with the President regarding project updates.
- Collaborate with developers to facilitate work schedules.
- Work closely with Superintendents and Foremen to determine scheduling needs.
- Schedule dig alerts, heavy equipment rentals, and material inspections at local asphalt plants.
- Arrange job site inspections (compaction, grade, paving, etc.).
- Schedule subcontractors as required by project needs.
- Manage installation schedules for signage and striping after paving completion.
- Analyze Excel spreadsheets and work with Estimators to confirm whether requested work is within contract scope or requires a change order.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of scheduling coordination experience in construction and/or general engineering.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Google Calendar.
- High school diploma or GED required (an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus).
