About the Role:
We need an experienced Plumbing & Drain Technician who can diagnose and repair plumbing and drain issues in residential homes. If you have excavation experience, that’s a plus—but not a must! What matters most is a great attitude, solid plumbing knowledge, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing and drain systems
- Working with residential customers to provide quality service
- Ensuring all work meets safety and local code requirements
- Communicating clearly and honestly with customers about their options
- Keeping track of completed work and materials used
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of plumbing & drain service experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A customer-first mindset and great communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Comfortable working outdoors and in various conditions
