What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Residential HVAC Installer position at Ninja Heating and Air?

We are looking for a hard working individual to join our HVAC Install team! We are a small family owned business that is looking to expand and find the perfect candidate to be an Install Helper. Must be a go getter and a team player, willing to learn and have fun.
Requirements:
Must have strong people skills and be able to communicate well with customers and coworkers.
Needs to have Clean driving record and able to drive a company vehicle and be insured on company vehicle insurance.
Needs to have most of the basic required hand tools for installing furnaces and air conditioners in a residential setting.
RMGA, EPA, NATE certifications are a plus.
Must be Punctual and Reliable.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs multiple times a day.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Must have prior residential HVAC installing experience.
Mon-Friday 8-5 with some Saturday and overtime shifts during busy seasons.
We provide a company vehicle, gas card, Ipad, and phone reimbursement after training.
We have great pay based on your performance.
