We are currently seeking a motivated Office Assistant who is looking to grow into a licensed Insurance Producer with uncapped earning potential.
Position Overview
This is a career-track opportunity—not just a job. You will start by learning the day-to-day operations of the agency as an Office Assistant, then transition into a licensed Insurance Producer role with the opportunity to earn commissions and build a long-term career in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
Office Assistant Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and assist walk-in clients
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with quoting and basic policy servicing
- Maintain client records and follow up on leads
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Transition to Producer Role:
- Learn to quote and sell auto, home, life, and business insurance
- Build and manage your own book of business
- Develop relationships with clients and referral partners
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products
- Meet and exceed sales goals
Compensation & Benefits

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, driven, and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Sales experience is a plus (not required)
- Bilingual (Spanish/Arabic) is a plus
