Nightlight Insurance is hiring entry-level P&C agents who are ready to learn fast, move fast, and get paid based on performance.
What You’ll Do
- Quote and sell personal lines insurance (auto, home, small business)
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Follow up on leads and close business
- Build and manage a book of clients
- Work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
Compensation Structure
- Hourly base: $18/hour
- Commission on all policies written
- Bonus incentives for performance
No cap on earning potential
Requirements
- Active New Jersey P&C License (required)
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and asking for the sale
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred, not required)
- Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
