Skilled Nursing Facility | Full-Time Day Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance & Transportation Specialist to join our team at Nightingale Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our facility staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day by providing exceptional maintenance and transportation services to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and basic facility upkeep

  • Assist with safety checks, equipment inspections, and work orders

  • Support groundskeeping, painting, minor plumbing, and general repairs

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff

• Transportation Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport residents to medical appointments, activities, and community outings

  • Assist residents in and out of the vehicle with professionalism and care

  • Maintain transportation logs, schedules, and vehicle cleanliness

  • Provide friendly, supportive interaction with residents during transport

Requirements:

• Experience in maintenance, facility support, or a similar role

• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record

• Ability to assist residents safely and respectfully

• Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism

• Compassionate, patient-focused mindset

• Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities
