What You’ll Do
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist with implementing individualized care plans and therapeutic interventions
- Document resident progress accurately and in compliance with state and facility guidelines
- Support residents with ADLs, strengthening, adaptive equipment, and functional tasks
- Collaborate with OT, PT, ST, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
- Promote safety, independence, and a positive resident experience
What We’re Looking For
- Active COTA license in Pennsylvania
- Skilled nursing/rehab experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach
- Dependable, professional, and flexible with scheduling
