Responsibilities
Provide leadership, direction, and oversight of all nursing operations
Ensure exceptional resident care and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Recruit, mentor, and develop nursing staff while fostering a positive and accountable culture
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes and quality measures
Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and clinical resources effectively
Serve as a trusted leader for residents, families, physicians, and team members
Requirements
Current RN license in Pennsylvania
Previous Director of Nursing or senior nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation setting
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and quality improvement processes
Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills
