Full-Time | $150,000–$250,000 annually | Base Bonuses Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Do
- Develop and strengthen referral relationships with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, and physician offices
- Drive patient admissions by effectively promoting Nightingale’s home health services
- Create and execute strategic territory growth plans
- Track referral data, analyze performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities
- Partner with leadership to expand market presence
- Represent Nightingale at professional meetings and community events
What You Bring
- 2 years of experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare marketing
- Established relationships within SNFs, hospitals, and physician networks
- Proven success in referral growth and territory development
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally
