Nightingale Home Healthcare has been serving patients with compassion and excellence for over 26 years. We’re expanding our team and seeking an experienced Patient Advocate / Home Health Marketer with strong connections in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), hospitals, and physician networks.

Key Responsibilities
- Build referral relationships with SNFs, hospitals, and physician offices
- Increase patient admissions by promoting Nightingale’s home health services
- Execute strategic outreach plans and track performance metrics
- Collaborate with management to identify growth opportunities
- Represent Nightingale at professional and community events
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare marketing
- Strong network with discharge planners, case managers, and SNF administrators
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally
